ServiceMaster Restore of Fraser Valley has been servicing the Fraser Valley and surrounding areas, including Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission, Maple Ridge, Langley and Hope, since 2002.  Throughout this time, we have helped thousands of  property owners get their property back to pre-loss condition. 

We have a full service emergency team to mitigate the loss caused by fire, water or wind damage and begin the restorative process.  Our technicians are fully trained to respond to any emergency or type of property damage.

Our emergency response team also includes our contents division.  When needed on a project, our contents technicians are ready to pack -out, clean and store your contents.  Our state-of-the -art cleaning facility can handle any size or type of loss.  Once clean and dry, yours contents can be stored in separate, secure storage pods in our heated warehouse. 

Our construction division completes the necessary repairs to the structure for restoration project.  Our construction division leader who  has been in the construction industry for 25 years.

Ed DyckEd DyckPresident

Ed Dyck


Ed Dyck has been in the construction industry since 1980.  He began his career as a carpenter and quickly gained experience in all phases of construction.  In 1989, he started All City Construction, primarily building single-family homes throughout the Lower Mainland.

After completing several insurance restoration projects as a builder, Ed  purchased the Fraser Valley franchise in 2002.  In the first years, he managed most projects and even completed much of the emergency and repair work himself.

 Ed now focuses on the overall direction and development of the company.  He is certified in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation.


Dale ParberryDale ParberryOperations Manager

Dale Parberry

Operations Manager

Dale Parberry has been in the construction industry since 1975.  He has built, renovated and developed projects of all sizes throughout the lower mainland, including single and multi-family housing, agricultural buildings as well as numerous commercial tenant improvements. 

Dale partnered with Ed Dyck in 1989 to start All City Construction and partnered with him again to purchase the ServiceMaster Restore franchise.  He has been actively involved in the franchise since the beginning, both in the field and managing projects. 

With his depth and range of experience, he is well suited in his role to oversee all operations. Dale is certified in Water Restoration.

Linda DyckLinda DyckController

Linda Dyck


Linda has been involved with the franchise since the beginning. Over the years, she has fulfilled a variety of roles and has been a significant contributor to our operation and growth. With over 25 years of financial and business experience, she currently oversees the finance, accounting and human resource functions of the company.

Linda has an Associate in Accounting as well as training in Symbility, Xactimate, and Mobile Service Manager (MSM).

Tim Brandsma

Tim started in the construction industry in 1998 working for a builder in the agricultural sector while going to university. After completing his university degree he gained experience in employment counselling and then spent eight years in the insurance industry, furthering his skills in management, operational leadership, human resources and sales.

Tim is responsible for Human Resources at ServiceMaster, working to ensure we have a strong employee oriented company culture that emphasizes high performance, empowerment, quality and productivity.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Counselling Psychology degree from Trinity Western University.

Brian Bessey

Business Development Manager

Brian began his career in the construction industry in 2006 as a manager for a local builder. In 2008 he went to work for a small restoration company as a carpenter and then as a project manager. 

Brian joined ServiceMaster Restore in 2010 as Director of Business Development. He also leads our Continuing Education program recognized by the Insurance Institute of Canada that we offer to the insurance industry.

Brian is certified in Water Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oral Roberts University and a Master of Arts degree from Regent College.

Jim MantlerJim MantlerProject Manager

Jim Mantler

Project Manager

Jim brings almost 50 years of construction experience to the team.  His training is quite broad, having apprenticed as a carpenter, electrician, plumber and painter before earning his certification as a Journeyman Bricklayer.  He operated his own masonry company for 25 years, eventually specializing in larger municipal and commercial projects.

Jim started in restoration in 1997.  After learning the industry by working in the field for two years, Jim began managing projects. He has pretty much seen it all, having managed restoration projects of all types and sizes, including numerous larger losses.  He is trained in Water Restoration.

Originally from England, Tom came to Canada in 2007. After initially working in forming and framing for low-rise condominium projects, he moved into the restoration industry in 2008.

While on the tools, Tom gained a wide range of experience in both emergency services - fires, floods and bio-hazards - as well as drywall, painting and finish carpentry on repairs.

Tom came to work for ServiceMaster Restore in 2010 as a project manager. He is certified in Water Restoration and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oxford Brooks University.

Simon NashSimon NashProject Manager

Simon Nash

Project Manager

Simon served five years in the Royal Canadian Air Force Reserves as an aircraft technician before moving into the lumber industry. In 2003, he began doing building maintenance, largely for strata corporations, personally completing anything from drywall and painting to power washing and snow removal.

Simon eventually operated his own building maintenance company until he started in the restoration industry as a project manager in 2009. He joined ServiceMaster in the same roll in 2013. Simon is certified in Water Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation and has his Level 3 First Aid training.

After graduating from BCIT, Adam worked for two years as a power sport mechanic. In 2002, he moved into the construction industry, first in residential framing and later in cabinet making,

In 2005, Adam started as a carpenter within the restoration industry for a large contractor in the area. He was soon promoted to lead carpenter and eventually to site supervisor for he same contractor. In his three years as site supervisor, he was responsible to generate emergency and repair scopes as well as coordinate, schedule, and oversee structural repairs on each project. He joined the ServiceMaster team in 2014.

Adam has earned his ticket of qualification for carpentry and is also certified in Water Damage and Xactimate(Level1).

Project Manager

Nancy began the first 14 years of her career in new home construction. She was responsible for the design, pricing and material for each project. She later worked in interior design for five years, managing projects fromconception to completion for a regional design company.

Nancy began in the restoration industry in 1996 as a project manager. Since then, she has managed most every type of project, including significant experience within the property management industry.

Nancy joined our team in the same role in 2011. She is trained in Water Restoration, certified in Fire/Smoke and Mold Remediation as well as has her First Aid.

Project Manager

Prior to joining the ServiceMaster team, John worked as a warehouse manager in both the construction and manufacturing industries. In 2008, he joined ServiceMaster in Saskatchewan, starting as a technician and eventually managing emergency projects from start to finish. John moved to the Fraser Valley franchise in 2014 as a Lead Technician. Building upon his extensive knowledge and experience on the technical side, John shifted into the project management in 2017.

John is certified as a Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odour Control and Applied Microbial Remediation.


Daniel DyckDaniel DyckProject Manager

Project Manager

Daniel has been in the restoration business for as long as he can remember. Having grown up immersed in the family business, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge, and experience. He began working full-time at ServiceMaster in 2008. Daniel has seen many different roles in his time here, from carpet cleaner to Lead Technician to developing and managing our in-house abatement department. Since the beginning of 2018, he has served as Project Manager.

Daniel holds a Triple Master certification as a Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Textile Restorer,  as well as a certified AHERA building inspector. His technical expertise and procedural knowledge is regularly relied upon by the rest of the team at ServiceMaster.

Casey ConstableCasey ConstableProject Manager

Casey Constable

Project Manager

Casey worked in construction for four years before moving into the restoration industry in 2008. He completed drywall and painting on reconstruction projects before moving into an emergency demolition carpenter role. In 2010,

Casey went on to pursue his trade certification in carpentry while apprenticing with a contractor who built custom homes and completed high-end renovations, both residential and commercial. He returned to the restoration industry in 2015 as a Site Supervisor, where he was responsible to oversee the production and completion of many concurrent projects. He was promoted to the role of Project Manager in 2017.

Casey completed his schooling at BCIT, earning his Red Seal endorsement as a journeyman carpenter. He is also certified in Water Damage Restoration and Xactimate Level 1.

Norm ClaassenNorm ClaassenEmergency Manager

Emergency Manager

Prior to joining the ServiceMaster Restore team in 2008, Norm worked for 20 years in door manufacturing and 11 years as a production supervisor with a lumber mill. Norm now serves as our Emergency Manager and is responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of our emergency services. He also looks after all equipment and material stock, as well as the maintenance of our fleet of service vehicles. 

Norm had his Industrial First Aid training and is also certified in Water Restoration.

Construction Manager

Korky comes to ServiceMaster with 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a carpenter, project manager and foreman on numerous large construction projects throughout the lower mainland.

Kory also worked for a number of years on the Abbotsford Board of Education and served in ministry roles as an Associate Pastor and Lead Pastor.

Daun DavidsonDaun DavidsonContents Manager

Daun Davidson

Contents Manager

Daun brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industry to her role as our Contents Division Manager. Her strong leadership skills have developed from her past roles, including Emergency Mitigation
Manager, Branch Manager and Project Manager.

Daun is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Odour Control, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. She is also trained in Xactimate Estimating and Xactanalysis and also has extensive large loss and CAT loss experience.

Nicole St. PierreNicole St. PierreLead Estimator

Nicole St. Pierre

Lead Estimator

Nicole worked for 15 years in software project management, specifically developing safety management systems for the construction industry. She also operated her own renovation company for 5 years, gaining valuable experience in design, estimating and project management as well as hands-on experience in multiple areas, including roofing, siding and painting.

Nicole has worked as an estimator within the restoration industry since 2012. She primarily utilizes Xactimate software and has earned her Level 1 and Level 2 certification. She is also certified in Odor Control Management, Advanced Confined Spaces and has Level 2 First Aid training.

Nicole joined ServiceMaster in 2011 and works with the projects managers to complete job scopes and estimates in accordance with the insurers’ guidelines.
