We had a large tree branch crash through our home. I called my emergency insurance number at 9:15pm. They had a gentleman arrive to assess the damage by 10:30 pm By 12:30 am there was two temporary patches on our roof. Second one didn’t come completely through our bedroom ceiling. Next day they had their team looking at the damage in the daylight. They are still continuing there top notch service as we wait for estimates to be approved by our home insurance.

They get 5 star plus out of 5 for the emergency response stage when damage initially occurred. They get 5/5 for the Repair work which was done very professionally & well by all who came in to restore the damage. We would have given them 5+ for restoration if it wasn't the length of time from damage control to the point restoration could be done. For a 4-6 week complete job from start to finish it was 3 months before completed. Part of this was the 4 week approval from our adjuster to get the restoration approved & started. Then almost 2 months to get restoration started & finished in 6 days. We'd still highly recommend them, just expect delays.

They were sent out for a restore/repair job via our insurance company. While initially responding fairly quickly, they packed up way more of our stuff then was needed, and never informed us of how to go about retrieving our things if we need them. We finally phoned them as it’s now been 2 months (mainly our insurance company dragging their feet, but they have left their unused equipment here as well, and have not proceeded with any repairs at all yet) and asked where we can retrieve some of our things we are very much missing. We were told to expect an email with a detailed document list that has still never arrived. Overall, not impressed.
My wife and I had a steely shot at our kitchen window Service Master came asset the situation ordered the glass. All persons we dealt with were very professional and approachable. It took a little longer to get the glass & have it installed than we thought it would take, but a service person came from Klein Windows & completed the job within 35- 40 minutes. Great repore Highly recommend Service Master.

Dan and the ServiceMaster team were onsite within the hour in the middle of the night tending to our major flood situation. In the weeks that followed they have been thorough, competent and efficient in dealing with the remediation.
Following a burst waterline in my bathroom that resulted in water flowing from the top floor of my townhouse all the way down to the garage, the team with ServiceMaster did an absolutely amazing job repairing and painting my ceiling and walls, replacing the lighting and flooring, and repairing the plumbing in the bathroom. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, consideration, and timely expertise getting the three-month job done.

We had a very good experience with this company. They responded quickly to a leak in our kitchen, troubleshooting and remediating the problem in a timely manner. Once the restoration work began, the trades all showed up when we expected them, were courteous and friendly and did a great job. The cleaners/unpackers Donna and Nancy were particularly helpful and went above and beyond, being very thorough. The one thing that happened was an accidental scraping of our newly refinished floor when the appliances were moved back in which delayed the finish of the project. This was disappointing to say the least, but they noticed it themselves and had the floor resanded and refinished within a week or so and were very apologetic. I would recommend them as a company that is attentive, sympathetic and competent during a stressful time.
Tony, Neme and Karren were wonderful. They communicated well, made sure things were placed as we wanted them, and went above and beyond to clean up before and after things were moved into the house. Very friendly and personable, hardworking individuals.

On the morning of Aug. 27th, we discovered a damp spot on the laundry room floor. Upon further investigation, we could see water was running down from the ceiling and wall to the floor. We immediately called ServiceMaster and were put in touch with Dan Turnbull, a field project manager. We explained our situation, and he suggested a plumber to do the emergency repairs and mitigate the damage. Later that day, Dan arrived on site to inspect the damage and took moisture readings and pictures of the affected areas. Soon afterwards a team showed up with protective floor coverings, fans and dehumidifiers to again mitigate the damage and prevent the growth of mold. The leak was found to be caused from a Poly-B failure in the ceiling between the bottom and upper floors. We decided it would be prudent to remove and replace all the Poly-B in the house, as future failure was bound to happen. Dan Turnbull guided us through all the steps, from plumbing, drywalling, flooring, painting, and finishing. There were times when multiple trades were on site at the same time, we found all of them to be courteous and work well together. In the end, we are happy with the outcome and would recommend ServiceMaster for prompt and efficient repairs. Special thanks to: Levi Johnston and Sammy from Fort Plumbing.
