We had a great experience with this company. They were all very friendly and easy to work with. The roofing company they used was great (Best quality roofing) and the drywaller/painter did such a good job you'd never know the ceiling and walls had been ripped down. It was a stressful few months but once the work got started they moved fairly quickly.
ServiceMaster Restore did an excellent job repairing the water damage in our laundry chute. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.
They don't work weekends or holidays, which is wild for a company that offers storage. They also refuse to do any move-in if there's tradesmen on your property, which I found out the hard way, when I needed to scramble and find accommodation for the BC May long weekend at 3:00pm Friday. I appreciate their hard work but it's like pulling teeth to get any communication from these folks. I cannot forgive how they left my condo (with my appliances and belongings) unsecured for 9+ weeks by leaving both my front and patio door unlocked. They broke my ground-floor patio door lock during move-out and ignored my multiple complaints that my home was unsecured. 7 weeks after I initially reported my broken lock, Project Coordinator Candace replied to my email with pictures of my broken lock saying she couldn't find any pictures of my broken lock (???). I asked them to please at least pull my security bar from storage and put it on my patio door if they intend to leave my door lock broken. They eventually took my security bar out of storage but, during my weekend check-ins, it was never on my door. It was usually haphazardly thrown into the pile of appliances in my demolished kitchen. One weekend I found it outside, on my patio, tossed into a bush. Very poor. Since I need to give one star, I would like to dedicate it to the Filipino ladies who helped me pack up my loose contents during the first stage of move-out. They were fantastic! So hard-working and so respectful of my belongings. Wishing them all the best. If you need renovations, I would definitely recommend DKI Precision in Delta! They were great.
I would recommend this company to everyone. In a very stressful situation the crew is extremely kind and sympathetic to your needs. Nancy, Mazie, Jeff Davis,Bob, Troy and Jimmy have been wonderful. In my opinion they all deserve a raise for what they do. My packers made me feel at ease and were so nice. Jeff and Bob demo made me feel very calm about the experience I was going through. The plumbers Troy and Jimmy were also great. Thank you All Julie Cotton
Our basement flooded and Service master and Matthew Derish's crew took excellent care of us. From the moment we called late at night to signing off at the end of project, questions were answered, clarified quickly and responded to with the appropriate action. A very polite , professional and knowledgeable crew who cleaned everything up inside and out. Best thing was there were no surprises. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
Well, 3.5 months later were still not finished. Still waiting for transition for our floors. Started out great, everything was happening so fast, thought maybe the most 4 weeks. Leak in the wall, we need new flooring 2 holes in our stairway and bathroom, which had to be painted. This started on March 6, we were gone most of May, only things that had been done was the bathroom, not including putting back toilet an sink I wish we would have just got our insurance money and done it herself es. Not happy

I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster after a wind storm tore the vinyl siding off the side of our house. People came out within hours of my contacting my insurance company. Emergency repairs were done that evening to prevent further damage. I had amazing customer service from Tanya, Matt and Leigh-Anne. They came out several times to make sure I was happy with the repairs and to ensure I was pleased with the quality of the workmanship. It was a very positive experience. Found it disappointing when they came to pick up their equipment and didn’t lock my door when they left, even though a key was available in a lock box for them. How would they feel if that was their home, going through a flood and water damage is hard enough without worrying about those types of things.
Project was drawn out for more time than needed. Trades were brought in the wrong order. Trade workers were heard complaining about being miss managed and doing jobs that “didn’t belong to them.’’ Project manager “‘Brent C’’ was neither accommodating nor reasonable in most situations. Finish work was less than finished.
We had a large tree branch crash through our home. I called my emergency insurance number at 9:15pm. They had a gentleman arrive to assess the damage by 10:30 pm By 12:30 am there was two temporary patches on our roof. Second one didn’t come completely through our bedroom ceiling. Next day they had their team looking at the damage in the daylight. They are still continuing there top notch service as we wait for estimates to be approved by our home insurance.
The ServiceMaster team is well trained, careful, punctual and reliable 👏 we are very happy about their work and business.
They get 5 star plus out of 5 for the emergency response stage when damage initially occurred. They get 5/5 for the Repair work which was done very professionally & well by all who came in to restore the damage. We would have given them 5+ for restoration if it wasn't the length of time from damage control to the point restoration could be done. For a 4-6 week complete job from start to finish it was 3 months before completed. Part of this was the 4 week approval from our adjuster to get the restoration approved & started. Then almost 2 months to get restoration started & finished in 6 days. We'd still highly recommend them, just expect delays.

They were sent out for a restore/repair job via our insurance company. While initially responding fairly quickly, they packed up way more of our stuff then was needed, and never informed us of how to go about retrieving our things if we need them. We finally phoned them as it’s now been 2 months (mainly our insurance company dragging their feet, but they have left their unused equipment here as well, and have not proceeded with any repairs at all yet) and asked where we can retrieve some of our things we are very much missing. We were told to expect an email with a detailed document list that has still never arrived. Overall, not impressed.
My wife and I had a steely shot at our kitchen window Service Master came asset the situation ordered the glass. All persons we dealt with were very professional and approachable. It took a little longer to get the glass & have it installed than we thought it would take, but a service person came from Klein Windows & completed the job within 35- 40 minutes. Great repore Highly recommend Service Master.
